Sweet Boondi

Ingredients:
110gms Dhal Flour
450gm Ghee
Quarter tsp Baking Powder
225ml Milk
Few drops of red coloring
Few drops of yellow coloring
Syrup:
500gm Sugar
1 tsp Ground Cardamom
Water
Method:
1. Mix dhal flour, salt, ghee and water to a thick batter, sieve into the oil and deep fry it.
2. Soak in syrup
