Triple Cashew nut Cookies
Ingredients:
200gm flour
150gm ghee
150gm sugar
60gm ground cashew nut
Coloring: green, red and yellow.
Decoration:
Castor Sugar
Mini Paper Cup Liners
1. Mix flour, ghee, cashew nut and sugar to a soft dough.
2. Divide dough to three parts; mix the coloring to each dough part.
3. Shape the colored dough into small balls, bake in preheated oven - 180C for 20 - 25mins.
4. After the cookies are baked, dip in castor sugar and place it in mini paper cup liners.
