Snowy Coffee Hazelnut Cookies

Ingredients:
125gm butter
100gm castor sugar
Sieve together 1x
2 cups flour
1 tbs cornflour
1 tbs potato flour
1 tbs tapioca flour
1 tsp vanilla essence
50gm ground hazelnut
1 tsp coffee emulco
1 tsp chocolate emulco
Decoration:
Chocolate dressing
Dried coconut flakes
Method:-
1. Whisk butter and sugar until fluffy, add emulco and vanilla essence.
2. Add flour and other ingredients, mix to soft dough.
3. Cut to shapes, bake in preheated oven - 180C for 10-15mins.
4. Dip the cookies in melted chocolate and coat with desiccated coconut.
