Crunchy Corn Flakes

Ingredients:
200gm butter
150gm sugar
400gm plain flour – sieve 1x
1 tsp vanilla essence
200gm cornflakes-crushed
50gm chopped almonds
1 tbs corn flour
Method:-
- Mix butter and sugar, add the remaining ingredients.
- Shape the sticky mixture into round balls and bake in preheated oven - 180C for 10 – 15 mins.
