Mushroom Soup
Ingredients:-
80gm butter
1 onion – chopped
400gm fresh mushroom
½ liter chicken stock
Salt, pepper to taste
1 cup milk
2 tblsp flour
Method:-
1. Heat butter, add onion and sauté.2. Add mushroom sauté until soft, add flour and stir.
3. Pour milk and stir using a whisker until smooth.
4. Pour stock, add salt and pepper to taste
5. Let to simmer.
