Italian Delight
Ingredients:-
A
140gm butter
1 tbs sugar
1 egg
½ tsp coffee
B
50gm corn flour
250gm flour
1 tbls cocoa powder
½ tbls baking soda
60gm chopped almonds
50gm brown sugar
Method:-
1. Mix ingredient A.2. Mix ingredient B.
3. Mix A and B together and add chocolate clips into the dough.
4. Cut into desired shapes.
5. Bake in preheated oven - 180C for 15-20mins.
