16 Raspberry Cheesecake

Ingredients:-
1 ½ cup coffee biscuit (crumbs)
125gm butter
750gm cream cheese
1 cup whipping cream
½ cup castor sugar
3 eggs
3 tbls flour
Raspberry jam

Method:-

1. Mix butter with biscuit crumbs.
2. Press into spring form tray; bake the butter-biscuit base mixture.
3. Whisk cheese and sugar until smooth.
4. Add eggs one by one, cream and flour.
5. Pour into the tray (over biscuit base) bake in preheated oven – 160C for 1 hour.
6. Spread Raspberry jam on the baked cake.
