Chocolate Pudding Cake


18 Chocolate Pudding Cake

Ingredients:-
60 gm Chocolate – Melted
125 gm butter
1 1/3 Cups sugar
125 gm Flour
1 ½ tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
½ Cup Milk
2 tsp Vanilla Essence

Topping:-
½ Cup Brown Sugar
3 tbs Cocoa Powder
11/2 cup hot water

Method:-

1. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
2. Add flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla essence.
3. Pour milk, fold in melted chocolate. Mix well.
4. Pour into baking tray.
5. Sprinkle brown sugar and cocoa powder.
6. Place the baking tray in another hollow tray and pour 11/2 cup of water in it.
7. Bake in preheated oven - 180C for 1 hour.
